JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- A Johnstown man has been charged in three robberies that happened in April.

Corey Jackson, 48, is facing three counts of robbery, two counts of theft and two counts of receiving stolen property.

Johnstown police were investigating three robberies that happened April 13 at Pizza Deli Six Pack, Martins General Store and Carpenters Store.

According to an affidavit, police went to Pizza Deli Six Pack the night of April 13 and were told by an employee that a man came into the store and asked for two slices of pizza, and when the employee turned his back the man, later identified as Jackson, grabbed the cash register and fled the store.

Additional witnesses told police that they saw Jackson get into a "long boat-type vehicle" driven by another man and left the area.

Police said they reviewed surveillance tapes from all three robberies and were able to identify Jackson as the culprit.

Jackson is in the Cambria County Prison on $75,000 bail.
