Clearfield Co., PA (WJAC) — State police in Clearfield County say a local man is behind bars after he allegedly admitted to raping two young girls.
Troopers say they began investigating the sexual assault claims in December after receiving a Child Line report.
According to the affidavit, investigators say the two victims reportedly described multiple accounts of being raped by their neighbor, 28-year-old Justin Fillebrown.
Police say during the course of the investigation, they also learned that a relative of the victims had reportedly witnessed one of the assaults.
Authorities say when they questioned Fillebrown about the allegations, he reportedly admitted to raping the two children and forcing them to perform sexual acts.
Police say Fillebrown stated that the assaults occurred both at the children's home and his home.
Investigators noted that the children were approximately 7 and 8 years old at the time of the alleged assaults.
According to online court records, Fillebrown was arraigned Sunday on various sex-related charges, including child rape, aggravated indecent assault and indecent exposure.
He is being held at the Clearfield County Prison on $75,000 bail.
